Ultrasound showed mild myometrial heterogeneity. Was diagnosed with andemyosis. Is that serious? Doc said due to history of arterial thrombosis taking hormones is out. She put me on ponstan forte. I started it on 29 june. Today stool was hard and as I wiped there was blood coming from my bottom. After I urinated on a separate occasion there was blood on tissue from bottom. What is causing this?

If you have symptoms related to adenomyosis then you shouldbetter opt for surgery rather than pills as you have history of thrombosis. And the blood in stool is due to constipation so better to get treatment for that. No correlation between two things as per your history.

Adenomyosis is a condition in which menstrual symptoms like excessive bleeding will not respond to medical treatment. If you have any symptoms, better to opt for hysterectomy as you are 44.
