Gaining weight is a work of patience. Start taking more nutritious food. Eat frequent healthy meals many times a day. Add fruits, vegetables, nuts and dairy to your diet. Eat oats, almonds and milk in morning. In mid morning eat a bowl of fruits in afternoon, eat chapatis, daal, chawal, curd and salads in evening eat sprouts - moong/chana sprouts at night, eat paneer, roti and sabzi during bed time - have a glass of milk.
