I am 63+ years old, and I have ulcer, high blood pressure and some leg pains, I started having swellings in the right part of my lower abdomen about 6 months ago, I have not been able to go to the hospital, pls I would to know what is causing the swelling and constant leg and waist pains that won't allow me walk for a long time. I would like to know the possible cause and treatment of this issue.
