Labour is an emergency condition so if you had it you surely won't be asking this on free net platform. Better check with your gynaec for any pelvic infection.

Hello, back pain is not an indicator of labour pain. Infact if you are getting regular increasing intensity contractions , then you would be in labour.

Back pain and white discharge especially if mixed with a little blood can be premonitory symptoms of impending labour. If you begin to have regular and steadily increasing pains, you may want to visit a doctor.
