I am 17 years old and I am living in kenya. I have 2 skin lesions on my hand that are somewhat pitted in the middle and the pits in the middle are brown and surrounding them the skin is red. Please help because this is the first time I have seen something like this appearing on me and I am extremely worried. Thanks.

Sir, it is difficult to comment on a skin lesion without seeing it, is it located in any other places of your body? Whether there is associated itching, pain,fever? It will not be justified to comment on a lesion without seeing any photograph of the lesion and knowing the associated features, number, site, size of the lesions.
