Hi there, Actually I am a chain smoker and I have been smoking for last 5 years, which is not effecting my health And I want to quite, so can you please guide me to quite smoking?

Dear lybrate-user, it is good that you wants stop smoking a normal human takes oxygen into lungs 15 -20 times per minute (15 - 20 breaths) lungs mixes oxygen in blood and it purifies our blood, by smoking we are mixing not only oxygen adding and mixing bad elements like nicotine etc. In oxygen, that spoils our blood and our body all organs like lungs, heart, kidney etc. In our body. How to quit: by willingness and willpower" where there is a will there is a way" reduce one by one day by day if you need any support please inform.
