I was suffering from piles last 8 years but no painful while bowel it come outside then to itself inside. But from last 2 week I am feeling something is new around my rectum it feels like lump/tumor its diameter is approximate 8 cm. Its not hanging outside but when I press the skin it can be feel I don't what is this.
