Sir my 4 years son'back burned 10 days ago with boiling milk Dr. Suggest to apply sulphur sulphadiazine with chlorhexidine gluconate & pcm syrup, amoxicillin syrup. I gave him syrup for 5 days and applied the cream for 10 days. Now the skin is reddish but no pain. I could not contact Dr. For some reason, and some medical staff suggest me now to apply soframycin skin cream. Is it safe/ok to apply it or I should apply the previous prescribed cream. Please suggest.
