Hello the part of the tooth that is shaking has to be removed. If there is very little tooth structure left after the removing the part of the tooth that is shaking then re-root canal is not possible. If a sound tooth structure is left after removing the part of the tooth that is shaking only then there is a possibility of re-rct. This would be clear once your dentist examines the condition of your concerned tooth. Hope this helps. Kindly contact on my code nv6172 for further queries. Take care.

If you didn't have cap there is a possibility your teeth got fractured by the load as rct treated teeth are weak in there own sense .if it got fractured then there is no option except extraction.

chances of tooth having gotten reinfected are high looking at this condition. still if an x-ray shows no problems around the tooth, you can still get it restored depending on the remaining tooth structure

Hi kindly visit your dentist. It appears that the tooth is broken. After examination and taking x rays your dentist will recommend the treatment possible. Usually if it broken badly you will have to get it extracted/removed.
