One year before I have pyrrohea it is cured completely and I follow now a good oral hygiene but I always get plaque on my gum line it becomes turtr how its should be cured completely and my teeth also become yellow.

Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

For yellow colour you can go for bleeching, will solve your problem. Healthy person should go for scaling once a year to avoid tartar formation.

Hello brush twice daily warm salt water rinses would be helpful. Rinse after every meal to avoid deposition. Get scaling done by your dentist everytime you notice deposits and feel the need to get your teeth cleaned. Make sure to give a gap of 6-8 months between your scaling session. Hope this helps.
