I am 30 years old women having 1 year cesarean baby. Problem in breathing and speed breathing on taking heavy things and upstairs pain in left side of stomach. Whole stomach ultrasound found moderate fatty liver and in urine culture found infection of e coli and staphylococcus aureus. Doctor suggested continental food. When speed breath feel pain on backside of heart that is in back. My husband family relationships not healthy for that I always in tense and panic about future. Is these all problems of breath due to tension panic or gas. To whom I consult general physician or Gastroenterology.
