Dear lybrate-user, there are some causes for acne (pimples):-excess production of oil, excessive hormonal activity, diet,and stress. Effective treatment available for pimples. You can use salicylic acid based face wash. Wash your face 2 times a day and you can apply benzoyl peroxide based cream on your face at night time with noncomedogenic moisturizer some care. And day time you can use clindamycin based gel. Drink lemon water once day. If this does not relieve you can send me photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
