I am male 35, before two years one doctor gave me alpha blocker (tamsulosin). After eating this, I got multiple problems like, ejaculation disorder, no sexual desire, no pleasure in sex, no orgasm, no sleep these days and some times I am getting strokes during sleep. Can any one advise me treatment?
