Hi lybrate-user I understand your problem. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday.-weight 10 kgs should be reduced according to your height. Then your periods become regular by itself. - I need few investigations thyroid test, cbp and usg pelvis scan. your last period date and the treatment your on already. All information is needed. Follow up with these tests then we can plan your treatment accordingly. Use vaginal lubricants during sexual intercourse and premarin vaginal cream for the dryness.
