I am having whole in my ear, I have gone through treatment in aiims, gone through treatment of having some drop, there was sound coming through my both the ear, after poring drop for 3 month the sound stopped but again why is the sound coming again and will it ever get treated. The hole in my ear is was due to slap on my cheek. I want to know why the sound of silence coming and will it get worse if I had not gone through operation?
