I feel stretch my right testicle, stretch in testicle wall and the spermatic cord area, slightly upper part of groin area and I have pain in right abdomen right side back also. I had this problems for almost 45 days. And sometimes right testicle get slightly upper than its normal position before 45 days ago but when scrotum loose up the testicles goes but always feel stretch in upper part of right testicle and scrotum tighten the right testicle stay up then normal position and sometimes normal position. But there is no swelling on testicle and no pain in right testicle but stretch in testicle wall. This is happen all the time. Feeling uncomfortable what is this problem and medicine for this.
