I have issues with groin skin area for many years, always diagnosed as tinea cruris or tinea. Used fluka and terbinafine many times with minimal or no improvement. Also used many creams including ketoconazole, terbinafine, clotrimazole and castor nf cream, mostly from previous rx, currently noticing that in addition to inner thighs scrotal skin has become red and had some burning sensation. Skin of inner thighs feels very fragile and thin. Now only using physio ai lotion with mild benefit, but problem increasing once stopping. Can you suggest any remedy/medication to improve skin consistency and to avoid future infection.
