Brisk Walking for 5 Km daily. Really brisk - Need not be Bhag Milkha Bhag .At your highest comfortable speed. You shall use Walker/jogger shoe. If must not jogg at the beginning if you are not in a habit of doing it or if you are older in age or over weight. 2. 20 to 30 minutes physical exercise . Free hands . Like all cardio movements . Sit ups . Push-ups . Lunges . Chinning . Abs etc. Your improvement in physical health shall increase your self-confidence. 3. Read good books, which motivates you to be a good person. A good person become persevering and disciplined automatically and success shall follow you as your reward. I can name some good books if you wish. 4. Be honest in mind and deed.
