I am of 43 years I think some work and think to do that after some time but I forget it in 5 min and keep thinking what was it while doing other work I remember it again how can I over come this.

This is due to stress. Try to organize your work schedule. Allocate some time for each work. Don't think about all the work at a time. Because of stress your brain didn't put right things on right time. Do yoga, meditation. Take sleep for 8 hrs. Sleeping is very important to repair our nerve system. You can consult in pvt.
