I am 22 years male. I used bear shampoo 3 years ago along with hair serum and since then I started hair fall. I consulted doctors but after their treatment it again started. I lost some hair from middle. Kindly suggest me a shampoo and hair oil to use and any other home treatment if it is there. 2) also I want to ask that which oil is better for hair amla oil, coconut oil, mustard oil. I have been using amlo oil for one month.
