I am 17 years old female. I had a minor tumour operation on 28th february 2020. From that day l am facing anal problem. It is painful to pass the stool. But there is no blood in the stool. The pain remains few hours. I am also noticed a anal skin tag .it pains while and after the bowl movement. I am having a burning sensation on the tag. I am taking sizth baths regularly. But still nothing has changed .can I use "sucral ano ointment. What should I do now ?what medicine should I take?
