I am 45 year old male was taking sulfasalazine 500 mg. & methotrexate 7.5 mg. Once in a week with folic acid. Per day since 2010 almost regularly. On march 03 I was attacked by facial palsy and e.n.t. Specialist prescribed me prednisolone 20 mg. X 3 tab b.d. In tapering for one month in the last it was 5 mg. Per day. And previous treatment is stopped by the doctor. Now facial palsy is almost recovered but due to lighten I am can't go to doctor and I feel some symptoms of rheumatic arthritis like joint pain. What can I do?
