41 years female, 50 kg weight, diagnosed laryngopharyngeal reflux about 4 years back by ent specialist after laryngoscopy, advised ppi but I managed wid lifestyle modification by not keeping hungry for long, the hoarseness in throat settled wid on n off hoarseness sometimes n burning in ear after lying. This year I was prescribed antibiotics n ppi after bartholin cyst. Now all hoarseness in throat wid burning in throat n ear resurfaced after 2 weeks of stoppage of medication. I have took ppi again for 6 days symptoms improved then again came back then again took pantoprazole d for 14 days ,now it has been 2 week since then n i'm having on n off lump sensation in throat, burning in ears ,n stained voice on speaking. All diet n lifestyle modification following. Kindly help.
