I have a question about my heart rate. I am 17 years old and my resting heart rate changes throughout the day. For example, when I wake up usually my heart rate is about 60 if I get a good night sleep. I would walk to my desk and of course it will raise then go back down. But when I sit down and i'm resting, it'll drop and then sometimes it'll be between 60-70 or 70-80 sometimes more than 80. I'm just concerned about my heart rate.

Hello lybrate-user. Heart rate is sensitive to every change in body and mind. And it tends to change every second. With different circumstances. It may not be a problem. If you are measuring it with a smart watch device then ignore it. Still if you have doubts then take proper check up by a cardiologist.
