Having issue of right hip pain since last 2 weeks. First this pain was felt in year 2005. Thereafter, I get several episodes of severe pain in hip with every 2 to 3 year gap. I am hla b27+. 4 years back, had same episode and doctor told that it due to synovitis in hip as per mri report. He told me that there is no treatment as such for this, only symptom's are treated when they occur. He had advised me to take etoshine-90 tablet for pain. Now I am experiencing same pain, taking same medicine for pain. It gives relief for 25 to 30 hours. Please advise if this can be overcome using homeopathy or ayurvedic medicine.
