I'm 25 years old. From past few years i've been suffering from some sort of allergy. I guess it's allergic rhinitis. Everyday when I woke up from sleep, and even after my naps, I suffer from continuous sneezing and runny nose. It's very irritating. What is it exactly and how to get rid of this? Or at least how to reduce the trouble?

Yes its allergic rhinitis. You need to have an allergy profile done to know the allergens triggering you. Your need to avoid those atleast. For symptomatic relief, you may take tab. Montair fx once daily. If still no relief, we can add nasal steroid sprays accordingly.
