I have a habit of playing with my hair, curling it and grabbing it forcefully this cause hair loss from the front side of my head. I seriously doubt that the removed hare wasn't grew up as the root itself got broken. Please help me on this and if yes how can I over come the issue. I am not able to change my habit as it changes to a daily routine. Please suggest.
