My name is hesham almomani, 55 year old, I have been experiencing severe shoulder joint pain suddenly with irradiating pain through both hands without any neck pain, lately I have been having sleeping disorders with slight breathlessness, with tiredness in general, I usually sleep for about 8 hours at night but since 2 months I have been sleeping through evening for about 3 to 4 hours, mentioning that I have orthostatic hypotension, and feeling sleepy to much after eating, I rather mentioning that in 1 or 2 years I can not remember, I had recurrent urinary tract infection, I do not know what to do, I do have edema in the legs, I do not take any treatments rather than aspirin.

Hellp Hesham, welcome to icliniq. Some sort of home based exercises for ypur shoulder joint, entire body should be done to keep tge vitals of your body in range . Wall sliding exercise(upward and downward movement ) against the wall. Pendulum.exercises with a bottle full of water and holding it with circular motion. Meditation , deep breathing shpuld be practised twice daily. You can also perform kegel exercises( squeezing buttock) for a count of 10 and release for 10 times twice daily. Stretching the entire body especially in morning and before going to bed can help you.
