I have ear pain from 4-5 days yesterday I have consulted with doctor he told me that, there is some ear wax & redness in ear drum prescribed tab augpen 625bid, tab telekast-l, soliwax drop, but even after 24 hrs and taking 3 doses pain is as it was before consulting, please suggest if any other medicine I can take.

Hii a little more information is needed for better assessment if your ear pain and redness in ear drum is associated with cold, nose block etc -it can be infection of inner ear and for which nasal drops are gonna help better. If ear symptoms are associated with any history of ear cleaning be your self, an antibiotic ear drop can help better. Ear wax as such causing pain is rare. If ear drum can be seen, it means not much of wax. Please text me with these details, based on that we can modify the treatment. Thank you
