My daughter (8 years) is having cough from last 3 days but no fever, she has wheezing sound while breathing. Given nebulizer with duolin and levolin ans asthalin syrup, it helps but not getting cured.

Levolin neb will help only for a short time. She needs to change the nebulisation. Please visit a nearby pediatrician and change the nebulisation. She may require ics/laba neb such as forecourt which will be decided after checking her. Steam inhalation may also help.

It it a reccurent problem if yes then likly asthma and can b econtrolled only use either duolin or levolin and not both together.

Cure in asthma is a tall order unless it is due to specific allergen She may require further evaluation and probably different medication afterdue evaluation of sinuses
