I am 25 year old male having ringworm issues. I have been taking it mac 100 and teczine 10 mg tablets and applying candid b ointment since 4 months. The problem is my ringworm is not getting cured at all. What might be the issue here.

Query received after 3 months. Firstly lesion has to be diagnosed by physician or skin specialist and confirmed. Treatment is based on what is called as primary or initial lesion and secondary lesion or other extra changes. Hence perodical review is necessary. Personal hygiene, preferably cold water bath, use of cotton clothes, avoiding polyfibres and denims. Spread by contacts in surroundings, cleaning of bedsheets etc antifungal dusting powder for folds, special soap for extensive are precautions. Long term medication and possible recurrence is part of the disease.
