I have anxiety and depression since last 15 year and try several allopathic medicine. Presently taking nexito forte 10 mg, petril beta 10 mg in morning and evening and mirtazapine 7.5 mg in night. Another doctor suggest me to take nexito forte 10 mg, ciplar 10 mg and pexep cr 12.5 mg in morning and evening to control my symptoms. Please suggest which combination of medicine will be better for my anxiety and depression problem. I also have ibs diarrhea problem.

Dear Nitin, All the medications you have been prescribed are approved for depression and anxiety . Your doses may need to be optimized for relief. In addition to medication you should try behavioral activation and cognitive behavioral therapy. Please talk to your doctor about it. Try to stick to one doctor and be very open about lingering symptoms. They will be able to help you out. Get well soon.
