This looks like a viral infection. It will be better after 3-4 days on its own. Continue taking crocin for fever, do warm saline gargles, drink plenty of oral fluids and take rest and self isolate yourself .if you develop any breathlessness then consul a physician. You can consult privately for any further assistance.
