I met with an accident about 20 years ago. Post traumatic bracoplexus neuralgia. The radial nerve in the right hand was affected. Now it feels like the nerve is shrinking and pulling the fingers into the palm. I was advised pregaba plus and euresta sr 300 which are both not available now, so I am taking pregacip m and ozmazetol 150 mg. Because of the constant pain I am unable to move about. I feel the medicines have lost their efficacy on me. As the pain has increased I feel that amputation will give permanent solution.

Post traumatic brachial plexopathy does not lead to chronic pain unless proper rehabilitation and physiotherapy have been done. You need to consult a neurologist for progression.
