Hello, stretching of the affected side shoulder joint and hand should be done. Try to pull your affected side with the opposite hand towards the normal side.

Hello, it is important to actively correct your shoulder blade position every 1.5 hourly. Pain can be due to overworking of a muscle and not utilizing the correct one's whose muscle action is mandatory for good shoulder jt-blade movement. 1. Squeeze your shoulder blades (do one at a time) to be able to active one shoulder and relax the other. Hold the squeeze for 5 seconds and repeat for 10 times/on both the sides 2. Take a medium size ball/pillow and press your hand into it to feel the squeeze behind the back of the shoulder joints respectively. This will provide a good stabilization of the blade and also strengthen it. Repeat this for 5-10 times/day as per your pain status. 3. Sit on a chair: straighten your right shoulder as far as you can reach and gradually slide it back to its starting position. Repeat this 5-10 times/day further queries or concerns, kindly reach out to me via Lybrate teleconsultation thank you.
