My mother has been taking tension az intermittently for last 6 years and last years she was prescribed epitril .5 mg now for the last few months none of these are working for her. She is not able to sleep even for a second in the night. She cries alone. And it's scaring me. My father passed away 7 years back. But according to her this problem of insomnia was present since 14 to 15 years but this problem aggravated since my father's death. Additionally she also has gastric problem for which she takes rabeprazole capsules almost regularly. Whenever she goes to bed to sleep the anxiety of not being able to sleep sets in and the entire night goes sleepless. Please respond to this and recommend some other alternative sleeping pill with least side effects for her insomnia combined with anxiety.
