Respected doctor, before 1.5 year, one doctor diagnosed me wrongly and gave me alpha blocker (omnic ocas, tamsulosin). After eating this tablet for 1 week I got multiple problems like, semen ejaculation disorder, dissatisfied sex with partner and most importantly I am getting stomach pain after I eat food and feels like my stomach is not holding food after I eat food.
