Consult me the one and only lifestyle medicine physician who reverses your high bp naturally without any medicines high bp is a lifestyle disease due to 1) faulty diet 2) poor lifestyle choices 3) stress 4) vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It can be cured naturally without any medications with diet, lifestyle changes and supplements alone .medicines will never cure bp. It will only control bp. Medicines are controlled poisons which causes more new diseases 1) has your Dr. done all the 4 tests for inflammation in the body 2) did your Dr. do all 12 vitamin levels- 3) eight minerals levels. Deficiency of both vitamins and minerals can cause high bp .free advice will never work because your disease triggers needs to be identified which is time consuming .you have to understand this first. You only get what you pay. You have not provided details like your nature of job, dietary habits, lifestyle, sleep, stress ,environment where you live these factors are triggers for your high bp if you want only a temporary fix continue with your current doctor and take lifelong medicines if you want a permanent fix take a consultation send feedback with name and number. Consult me if you are seriously interested in reversing your high bp for ever naturally and for optimal overall wellness your doctor medicates you and controls the disease whereas I educate you, never medicate you and cure the disease, whom do you want to consult me or your current doctor the choice is yours.

Hello please visit cardiologist nearby. And also do bp monitoring -check your bp daily for 7 days at different timings. Your cardilogist may ask you to do some tests as you are young to have high bp. To rule out causes for high bp. If hypertension is confirmed he may start you with bp lowering medicines. Reduce your salt intake to minimum. You have not mentioned the weight here but reducing weight and starting exercize like walking may help you to lower your bp. Thanks and regards. Wish you good health.
