I have been affected with mild tinnitus and notice the ringing or buzzing sound in my left ear when in very quiet surroundings like when trying to sleep or reading a book. I met with 2 ent specialist ,they gave me hearing test but this test is normal. They prescribed me many medicine but I could not find any remission. I am still hearing this boring sound. What will I do?

Although it is very difficult but low doses of antianxiety drugs like valium or antidepressents like elavil help to reduce tinnitus. Alprazolam also can help.
