Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. The medicine mentioned can be taken by a person with diabetes and on treatment with modern drugs. However, it is important to achieve a strict glucose control. Fasting glucose should be < 100 mg and pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6,5 % thhanks.
