I have had an external hemorrhoid over the last three weeks. There was significant pain in the first week. However after taking pilex tablets three times a day and applying pilex cream on the haemorrhoid the paid has been reduced to a bare minimum. However the pain rises during morning after defecation. I have taken precautionary measures towards food and consume. at least 2 litres of water everyday. However the haemorrhoid is not being removed completely. Please advise if any other sort of medication is required as I am unable to visit a clinic due to work hazards.
