My baby boy is 2 years old. He is a cp child with global development delay. He do not sleep even fr a minute .everytum irritable n cry. No neck holding. No eye contact. No rolling .no sitting. He has tongue tie also .met with so many doctors no improvement. Can someone hlp me.
