I am a 26-year-old male with bumps behind the throat. I feel this incredible urge there's something in my throat. I stuck my hand down my throat and I could feel rough bumps about 2 or 3. It doesn't hurt me par say when I swallow but I feel "pricked" when the throat feels dry. My tonsils are okay. Please what can I do to make the bumps go down? Thank you.
