Hello, I am from gujarat and I am suffering from bipolar disorder since from last 10 years. I am on lithium carbondale 450 mg, oxcarbazepine 300 mg, nitrazepam 5 mg, nortriptyline 25 mg twice a day, trazodone 50 mg twice a day, fluoxetine 20 mg. But although I am getting so depressed from last 10 days. Please anyone help me out to overcome from this worst condition.

These things take time but sir pls tell me what are your alternative treatments that you are taking? medicines shall control your symptoms...but they cannot take away the way you think the way you operate the way you behave somewhere as human beings we need to continue to evolve change our patterns that are negatively impacting us...what make us angry or overreact...what are the triggers of depressive mood...self awareness is a must...but along all this you need to be excited about life...it has so much in store for you...love it live it passionately, work on your interests...learn to become happy about yourself and your surroundings...I know it might sound foolish but become simple....enjoy small things...I am sure in no time your mood will change....even if you are sad or upset just know it's a phase and it will go away....wish you all the best. you can consult us on lybrate..
