I am not gaining weight I want to gain weight and be bulky my BMI is also low I have joined gym and taken supplements but of no use and I m a choreographer by profession so workout is in excess and so on.

Hi, since you are too much physically active, the food you are consuming might not be sufficient to put enough fat in your body. So my advice is that you eat 5-6 healthy meals every two-three hours in a day. Eat nuts/dairy/grains and pulses. Fruits and vegetables are rich source of nutrients too. Thanks.
