I have Sub mucous Fibrosis and mouth doesnt open so how can I take care of my teeth that have decayed and its spreading to other teeth also.

Better to get treatment for sub mucous fibrosis. For taking care of oral hygiene in addition to brushing you can use mouthwash. Or you can use bifilac logenzes.

Lybrate-user, if your mouth opening is restricted due to oral sub-mucous fibrosis, you need to first stop the habit due to which the condition has occurred, if you have not discontinued the habit already. You need to get the decayed teeth treated for the decay to be stopped and for routine day to day care, use a otc mouthwash 3 to 4 times a day and brush your teeth with a small headed brush (maybe a kids brush.) your dentist may advice you local fluoride applications if needed.
