I'm 20 years male. I have bad posture. From childhood I used wear heavy bags for school. When I touch spinal cord of my back, one bone feels like it's coming out of body. I am unable to touch feet with hand while exercising. I have very bad blood circulation after every time I sit down.

Hello Lybrate user, Maintain good posture from today. Do regular exercise and avoid excess movt. ROM maintain when you do regular exercise. Do yoga as Anulom-vilom, deep breathing exercise. take plenty of fluid, good luck..
