Hi,gaining weight doesnt mean that you should start binging on junk it fried foods. The most important thing is to fix your meal timings. Make sure you eat something every 2 hours. You should include energy dense foods in your diet like nuts, milk and milk products like paneer, curd, cheese, jaggery, banana shake, almond shake to put on weight. Lean meats, chicken and fish along with eggs will further help you if you are an eggetarian or nonvegetarian. Besides this, include strength training in your routine. For more details, ping me.
