I am 52 years old. My fasting sugar level is 160 and after food 180. I do workout everyday morning. Going to park by cycle 4 kms and running daily 12 kms. I am a 21 kms marathon runner. Non alcoholic. Taking veg-4 days and non veg -3 days (fish, egg ,chicken and motion occasionally. Taking rice once a day lunch time. Maintaining discipline life. Wake up at 4.25 am and bed time 10. 0 pm.am an architect. So go to site and work in the office. I am not taking any medicine. Any advice.
