Sir/mam this is junaid here. I am under weight. I don't have any disease .my height is 5'6 inch and weight is about 43 kg .i am 22 years old.in breakfast I eat 2 breads and in lunch four bread and in dinner 3 bread with two glass milk at the time of sleeping. Before this I take endura mass with banana daily but no improvement I have seen then I quiet it. I am a employee in govt sector and daily approx I walk 3_4 km in my office .i sleep also 8 hours daily. Also I went to the gym for 8 months then my weight increased and gone upto 49 kg. But as I left the gym my weight automatically fall down .now I think I have share all the details related to me .then please tell me the medicine so that my appetite increase and weight increase .what you prescribed if it will suit me the I will continue with you sir/mam.

Hi,gaining weight doesnt mean that you should start binging on junk it fried foods. The most important thing is to fix your meal timings. Make sure you eat something every 2 hours. You should include energy dense foods in your diet like nuts, milk and milk products like paneer, curd, cheese, jaggery, banana shake, almond shake to put on weight. Lean meats, chicken and fish along with eggs will further help you if you are an eggetarian or nonvegetarian. Besides this, include strength training in your routine.
